Bad Boys for Life filming concludes in Mexico

The third Bad Boys movie will mark the return of actors Will Smith and Martin Lawrence in the roles of a pair of rebel cops who use any method necessary to kill the criminals. The filming of the film has concluded after several days at locations in Mexico.

During the week, Bad Boys for Life the presence of Will Smith caused a sensation in some localities in the center of the country such as Yautepec, Morelos and in Naucalpan, State of Mexico. In both cities, key scenes of the action movie were filmed. But it was Lawrence himself who shared a photograph of both actors celebrating the end of filming. The characters travel to Mexico in the plot to fight a dangerous drug cartel.

The film will also feature the participation of actress Kate del Castillo, who returned to film in Mexico after several years.

Upon arrival at Oacalco, fans swirled to take a picture with him. The actor arrived in Mexico yesterday, along with Martin Lawrence, for the filming of the third installment of the saga, according to the newspaper Reforma.

According to the Filming Commission, filming at locations will take place tomorrow, Thursday and Friday.

Around 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Lawrence arrived at a hotel in Paseo de la Reforma in a van, from which he descended at the entrance wearing a black sweatshirt and a white cap, surrounded by his security personnel, who had previously arrived. Almost 15 minutes before another truck arrived, but directly to the parking lot.

One of the film's directors, Adil El Arbi, uploaded a photograph with both actors to his Instagram stories to congratulate Lawrence on his 54th birthday, which was yesterday. Other cast members, such as Mexico's Paola Núñez, also congratulated him in the same way

The other director of the film, Bilall Fallah, arrived at the same hotel on Monday to prepare the details of the shooting and wore a cap with the title of the franchise, which other members of the staff wore.

Before the arrival of the actors, a truck of cinematographic equipment arrived at the hotel and parked, although, until the closing of this edition, it was not used.

Kate del Castillo, Vanessa Hudgens, Joe Pantoliano and Alexander Ludwig, among others, will also perform in the film.

Sony Pictures has just released the official trailer for "Bad Boys For Life," the third installment in the series starring Will Smith and Martin Lawrence, which also confirmed the release date of the film.

In the images, which are full of emotion, you can see that in this new installment of the popular action and comedy saga the explosive policemen Mike Lowrey (Will Smith) and Marcus Burnett (Martin Lawrence) have not changed anything.

The clip also includes Vanessa Hudgens, Alexander Ludwig, and v Charles Melton, Bad Boys for Life who, apparently, will be some of the members of the team that Will Smith and Martin Lawrence will work with.

However, what has surprised in the content of the video  is the absence of Nicky Jam, who confirmed through his social networks that he was going to be part of the cast playing one of the antagonists of the film.

Fans of the saga will have to wait a bit to see the film, since at the end of the trailer for "Bad Boys For Life" it was confirmed that the film will reach theaters worldwide on January 17, 2020.

Two rebel cops who must decide if they continue together or separate forever.

The antagonistic role of this film will come from the hands of actors Kathe del Castillo, a powerful crime lady, and Jacob Scipio, who will play a dangerous mob boss whose main objective will be to end the life of detective Mike Lowrey. The film also confirmed the participation of former Disney star Vanessa Hudgens (High School Musical) and Alexander Ludwig (The Hunger Games).

One of the most anticipated entries in the film will be the performance of reggaeton singer Nicky Jam. Although some rumors indicate that he will have an antagonistic role, there is really little that is known of his participation in the film.

Will Smith and Nicky Jam have a cultivated friendship and on several occasions they have been seen together. During the recordings of Gemini Man, one of the most recent premieres of the American actor, they were seen together in Cartagena enjoying a pleasant moment.

The actor Will Smith has shared several moments of the recordings through his social networks. He recently published a video in which he is accompanied by movie legends Eddie Murphy and Wesley Snipes during a visit to the Bad Boys for life set.

The last time Smith and Lawrence gave life to the two rebel cops was in Bad Boys II, a film directed by Michael Bay and released in 2003.

Seventeen years ago we saw Mike Lowrey (Will Smith) and Marcus Burnett (Martin Lawrence) for the last time. Now in 2020 we will have you back.

In 1995 Michael Bay presented that action film starring two stars of the moment. 'Two rebel cops.' The ease they had in getting those two characters, and the ease of the filmmaker with the genre made the success resounding. Eight years later they met again in the sequel.

Now instead Bay does not direct, Bad Boys for Life but leaves the controls to Bilall Fallah and Adil El Arbi. They are responsible for bringing Lowrey and Burnett back. Humor and action come together in the third part of the saga.

If the first trailer served as a presentation of the characters, now we get into what they will have to live in this new adventure: Lowrey will guard a group of younger police, which will have its more and less.
